Bali is one of the best tourist destinations in the world. Every year, millions of tourists from around the world spend their holidays on the island nicknamed the Island of the Gods. Bali is indeed interesting from various sides. Not only are the natural conditions very beautiful, the island also has a rich tradition and culture. No wonder if tourists, both local and foreign, are constantly coming to admire the beauty of the culture and nature of the land of these gods.

The beach is the most popular object for tourists during a visit to Bali. Beaches in Bali are famous for their beauty. This is inseparable from Bali's geographical location flanked by two oceans. Of the many beaches on the island, there is one beach that is always crowded with travelers: Kuta Beach.

Kuta Beach is located in the western part of Bali Island, precisely in Kuta District, Badung Regency. One of the things that makes this beach always crowded, aside from its beauty, is because of its strategic location. Kuta Beach is located not far from Ngurah Rai International Airport. From the airport to the beach, the trip only takes about 15 minutes.

The travel time will increase very long at certain times, such as in the holiday season between July-September. During this period, the road to Kuta Beach will be filled with car queues.
Faced with this, the management made various efforts so that the vehicle did not over-accumulate on the road to the beach. One of them is by applying the transit parking centered on Central Parking Kuta. Large buses that carry groups of tourists are required to park their vehicles there. The journey to the beach is continued using special transportation at a rate of Rp. 10,000 / person.

Entering the beach area, visitors will be greeted by a magnificent gate shaped like a temple. This gate is the southernmost sign of the Kuta area. After that, visitors will be fascinated by long coastlines and soft sand.

Seeing the crowds of tourists visiting this beach, it would be difficult to think that this beach was part of a trade transportation route. In the past, Kuta Beach was a trading port that brought together traders from Bali with traders from various regions. From these traders, the news of the beauty of Kuta Beach is spreading.

Sitting on the soft sand of Kuta Beach, from afar, you can see surfers racing against the waves. Kuta Beach is famous for having good waves but is quite safe. Therefore, it is not surprising that this beach is one of the recommended places for beginner surfers.

Around the beach, there are also places that provide surfing equipment rental services - complete with local money instructors ready to guide tourists who want to learn surfing. The rental price offered varies, depending on the visitors' ability to bid on the price.
Besides being famous for its challenging waves, Kuta is also famous for its truly stunning sunset views. Slowly, the bias of the afternoon orange orange descended from the sky until it finally disappeared as if swallowed by a loose ocean. Many consider the visit to Kuta Beach incomplete if they haven't seen the sunset on this beach. Because of that, after being tired of surfing, visitors can unwind by relaxing in lazy chairs or mats that are rented locally while enjoying this beautiful panorama.

Kuta has indeed become one of the symbols of tourism in Bali, even Indonesia. No wonder if the entertainment support facilities for tourists are not difficult to find along this coast. Various restaurants, cafes and inns with various classes are scattered along the streets of Kuta along with the increase in visitors which continues to increase from year to year. Although on the one hand this is an encouraging thing for the world of Balinese tourism, on the other hand it poses a threat in the cleanliness aspect as the amount of waste generated by tourists continues to grow.

The high intensity of tourist arrivals to Kuta Beach is like two sides of a coin. On the one hand it is very helpful in increasing regional income, but on the other hand it makes this beach relatively slum more than other beaches in Bali. Therefore, the awareness of the tourists who come is very necessary so that this beach still displays its beauty. In fact, the way to be a beach lover and lover is very simple, namely by not throwing garbage in any place. [AhmadIbo / IndonesiaKaya]
